Service OverviewCitadel Wireless provides prepaid wireless services as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) through partnerships with established U.S. carrier networks.We do not own or operate cellular towers or radio infrastructure. Coverage, speeds, and performance depend on location, device compatibility, network conditions, and upstream network management practices.Services are provided on an “as available” basis.3. Service Availability and ChangesCitadel Wireless services, features, pricing, and availability may change prior to or after launch.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when practicable.4. Plan EligibilityCertain plans may be designed for specific user groups or use cases. Where applicable, eligibility requirements will be clearly disclosed prior to enrollment.General consumer plans do not require eligibility verification. Any verification requirements, if applicable, will be communicated transparently before service activation.5. Account ResponsibilityYou are responsible for:- Maintaining accurate account information

- All activity conducted under your accountResale or transfer of service is not permitted without authorization.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use Citadel Wireless services to:- Engage in illegal activity

- Attempt to bypass service limitations or safeguardsViolations may result in suspension or termination of service.7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds- All plans are prepaid unless otherwise stated
- Charges are billed in advance of service periods
- Taxes and regulatory fees may apply as disclosedRefund eligibility and cancellation terms will be disclosed prior to enrollment. Citadel Wireless aims to handle billing and refunds fairly and transparently.Failure to maintain payment may result in service interruption.8. Number PortingUsers may port eligible phone numbers to or from Citadel Wireless subject to carrier requirements, technical limitations, and applicable regulations.Citadel Wireless does not restrict a user’s ability to port out an eligible number.9. Emergency Services (E911)Emergency calling services (E911) are supported where available and depend on:- Device compatibility
- Network availability
- Accurate service address informationYou are responsible for keeping your emergency address current.10. Network PerformanceAs an MVNO, Citadel Wireless is subject to network management policies of upstream carriers.Speeds, latency, and prioritization may vary, particularly during periods of congestion. High-speed data may be subject to usage thresholds or management practices.Citadel Wireless does not claim priority access or emergency-grade service.11. Suspension and TerminationCitadel Wireless may suspend or terminate service for:- Policy violations
- Fraud or misuse
- Nonpayment
- Legal or regulatory requirementsWe are not liable for service interruptions resulting from enforcement actions or circumstances beyond our control.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Citadel Wireless is not liable for:- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
